There are no refunds on crystals. If your crystal is damaged* upon arrival, which is very rare because of our packaging, a replacement will be offered to you if available. The original product must be returned in order to receive a replacement. In the event that a replacement is not available, you will be offered a site credit to use on another purchase (original item must still be returned). Returned items are done so by regular mail. There is a 14-day window from the date of purchase to contact us regarding a damaged crystal.

*Damaged shall mean that the crystal has been shattered or broken in half. It is normal for most crystals (even polished) to have cracks, chips, or imperfections.
