We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal or item through photos, videos, and Instagram Live Sales. Customers understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.

Process time depends on current workload. For items purchased solely from the website allow 3-4 business days to process and 3-7 business days to ship. All packages are shipped via USPS.

 

For live sale listings allow 1-2 days for your individual listing to be posted. Allow 3-7 days to process and ship.

 

When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent directly to your email address.
